We understand you are concerned with regards to your dancer and payment for the 2014-2015 dance year. HOWEVER, please respect whomever is teaching the class your student attends. We have mentioned before that Registration is handled by 1 person alone, the Registrar. If you have questions, please do not assault your student’s teacher with those questions (even if it is Joyce or Shannon).
All concerns MUST BE EMAILED to the Registrar. Unless indicated by the Registrar, she will not be handling your concerns in person.
Please remember our 24 hour response rule, indicated in a previous blog post HERE.
It has also come to our attention that there is some confusion regarding Registration. If you submitted forms in May or June. those were PRE REGISTRATION forms. Pre Registration forms ensured that your student will have a spot in the class AND that you received a slight discount.
HOWEVER, you MUST FILL OUT REGISTRATION FORMS, recently made available HERE, even if you Pre Registered.
The Registrar has emailed out to EVERY family an individual email with information regarding your outstanding payments, should you have any. PLEASE search in your email to find this email, rather than making our Registrar resend information.
IF YOU DID NOT FILL OUT REGISTRATION FORMS, there is a consequence: You will not be added to the email list for this year – we need updated paperwork from every family in order to add you to our email listserv. You also may not receive information from the Registrar with regards to your outstanding payments.
