SPINAL MOBILITY
Mavis Lockwood will resume teaching her Spinal Mobility class at Starship Dance Studio starting Monday, September 23rd. This Class will be held on Mondays going forward from 1 to 2pm.
If you are looking for a gentle path back to comfort on a deep, neuromuscular level, come on over, and if you know of anyone else who might be looking for this sort of a class, please pass this on to them.
Mavis welcomes non-movers, closet dancers and people who are recovering from injuries, as well as more active people, dancers and athletes who want a slower class in which to work on individual problems and goals — these classes combine exercises, imagery, movement explorations and simple combinations designed to increase body awareness and improve patterns of daily movement and alignment.
