The Magic Toy Shop

Hello all!

It was so wonderful to begin rehearsals this past week and to get comfortable with this year’s Magic Toyshop family. HOWEVER, we would like to remind everyone that our goals include putting on a professional level production which requires that all cast members be aware and informed all of the pertinent information week to week.

Please make sure you are subscribed to the blog so that all updates arrive in your email! This blog will be the main avenue of communication. All dancers and their parents/guardians are responsible for reading before each Sunday. This will allow Sundays to be free for dancing and growing as a show, learning parts and creating the magic, rather than answering questions whose answers were readily available in advance! We only have a limited number of rehearsals and we’d like to maximize them for the benefit of the show.

It should be noted that last week’s post included information about t-shirt sizes, to which less than 2% of you replied to by the Saturday deadline. Starship aims to provide a professional production and we appreciate the reciprocity of the cast members and families to be successful.

Should you have a question about costume fittings, please email bkmsfeinberg@gmail.com. NOTICE that your costume fitting occurs outside of your rehearsal time, so plan your pick up and drop offs accordingly. We do not want anyone to miss rehearsal time for costuming, so it is imperative that you be on time.

See you Sunday!
