Looking forward to another fabulous day of shows!!
A quick reminder to the to the cast and their families about today:
Warm up starts at 3 p.m. today with Diana Harris on the 1st Floor. The warm up is intended for all cast members, including adults to prepare for the show, and prevent injuries. Prior to warm up dancers should have already placed their belongings in the Game Room, checked their costumes and accessories on the racks in the Quonnipaug Room, and brought their 1st costume(no hangers) into the Exercise Room.
In between the 2 shows Starship will be providing strawberry/banana and very berry smoothies from Perk on Church. Please bring something to cover your costume from spills(hmmm Starship shirt?). There is a small window of time for refueling!!
The smoothies are made of yogurt, juice, honey, and fruit. There are other smoothie alternatives for those with dietary concerns including soy. We are not ordering any products containing nuts. If you have any questions regarding the contents please contact Perk(not me).
If you do not plan on having a Smoothie, please contact me via text or email within the next 2 hours so that we will not over order.
Tomorrow – Warm Up at 12:30 p.m. with Diana, with 2 p.m. Show and Cast Party following at 3:30 p.m.
